New topics and proven audience favourites
Together with the Bundesverband für Menschen mit Arm- oder Beinamputation e.V. (BMAB), "Mobile with a Prosthesis" will be launched as a new special topic that highlights the challenges and opportunities of an active life with a prosthesis.
Stroke is the most common cause of disability in Germany and requires interdisciplinary cooperation. As a further key topic in this year's forum programme, it will be examined from the perspective of experts and those affected in cooperation with the Stiftung Deutsche Schlaganfall-Hilfe, the specialist journal "not" and the specialist magazine GesundheitsProfi.
rehaKIND e.V. invites speakers to give daily presentations focussing on paediatric and adolescent rehabilitation in Forum Hall 3. Topics include "Current topics on the personal budget and budget assistance" and "People with severe ICP in power wheelchairs - should this be possible?".
The panel talk on "News from out-of-hospital intensive care - current challenges for care and the provision of aids", on 22 May at 12:30 pm in Forum Hall 2, organised by the Competenz Netzwerk Außerklinische Intensivpflege e.V. (CNI) and Intensivpflegeverband Deutschland e.V. (IPV), is aimed at care professionals and relatives.
Following the positive response at the last event, our partner MOBITIPP will once again offer entertaining and informative sessions "MOBITIPP Trends & Talks" in Forum Hall 2. In short presentations, selected exhibitors will present their product innovations in the field of mobility & everyday aids every day between 2 pm and 4 pm. In addition to many exciting products, celebrities will also be coming to the forum. Double Olympic champion Kristina Vogel, actor Samuel Koch and cartoonist Phil Hubbe have already confirmed their participation.

Self-help & encouraging for equal participation
REHAB Karlsruhe offers private and professional visitors a valuable platform for professional dialogue and personal development. Renowned partner organisations such as LAG Selbsthilfe Baden-Württemberg e.V. use the trade fair to present their relevant topics to a wide audience. In the forum programme, for example, the LAG Selbsthilfe Baden-Württemberg offers lecture blocks on the topics of "The medical on-call service in Baden-Württemberg", "Patient participation" and "Young self-help".
The online platform GUIDZTER.com will also be represented again with many guides, including Tina Pesendorfer and Moritz Brückner, on a large interaction area and will provide a colourful programme, the GUIDZTER Masterclasses, with a mixture of entertainment, sport, lectures and hands-on activities. Tips and tricks for travelling, mobility in everyday life and life as a mum in a wheelchair are just some of the topics. The guides, all active wheelchair users themselves, will share their valuable tips, experiences and tried-and-tested solutions.

Positivity & Celebrities: Inklusionsfit Talks at REHAB
The Inklusionsfit Talks "Looking over the edge of inclusion" and "Sporting positivity" will revolve around inclusion. Here, the well-known and popular presenter Sven Voss will moderate one of the panel discussions, when entrepreneurs, encouragers and "results achievers" such as Nadine Schönwald (CEO of Unternehmensforum), Robert Michels (Dentons) and Marcel Friederich (author) will speak and discuss their inclusion success secrets on stage.
On the topic of "Sporting Positivity", football league referee Christof Günsch, baller league participant and football camp organiser Marco Raimondo-Metzger and former handball league managing director of Eulen Ludwigshafen, Lisa Hessler, are expected to give a short keynote speech. This will be followed by an intensive panel discussion. The Inklusionsfit Talk at REHAB not only brings together successful and consistently constructive athletes and people on and off the REHAB stage, but also provides the audience with plenty of valuable inspiration for their private and professional lives.
