Discover and test at REHAB:
Spring awakening with innovative outdoor aids at the trade fair
When the fresh air smells of spring and the first warm rays of sunshine allow nature to blossom in all its splendour, we feel a sense of lightness and freedom. For people with disabilities, it is just as important to experience the power of nature and the joy of movement - whether on a walk, doing sport or on adventures with family and friends.
At REHAB in Karlsruhe, which takes place this year from 22 to 24 May 2025, a variety and range of innovative mobility aids will be presented. They offer people with limited mobility the chance to actively participate in life and discover the world in new ways - whether on tarmac, grassy surfaces, on the beach or in the mountains. It's all about experiencing freedom, adventure and movement inclusively - anywhere, anytime and together.
At REHAB, visitors can familiarise themselves with and try out the latest products from the assistive technology sector.

Below we present a selection, giving you a taste of what you can discover and test at the trade fair:
Series 5 in San Francisco ... hardly any e-wheelchair can manage the steep incline of the road.

Freedom One Life is a young British company. Sandro Schramm, Sales Manager and wheelchair user himself, explains: “Our Series 5 is a real all-rounder. It works both indoors and outdoors, is waterproof, certified for air travel and offers an unrivalled driving experience with its powerful motors and specially developed components.” For Schramm, it's not just the technology that inspires - the design also speaks for itself.
The Joëlette is an all-terrain wheelchair from France that enables people with limited mobility to be active in the mountains or on hikes. Whether with fatbike wheels, electric assistance or customised adaptations - the Joëlette opens up new possibilities for outdoor adventures and at the same time promotes inclusive sporting interaction.

PRO ACTIV Reha-Technik, an established manufacturer of active wheelchairs, presents another innovation with the FOXX off-road handbike. “The electric support allows users to tackle even steep climbs with ease, while the excellent suspension and manoeuvrability make riding an experience,” say Jörg and Andreas Sättele, Managing Directors of PRO ACTIV. The handbike not only enables sporting challenges, but also offers a new dimension of mobility thanks to its innovative technology - both on and off the road. “We will have a simulation stand at the trade fair so that customers can test it directly in the hall. We will also be making it possible to test on our outdoor stand in the test track.”

Soletek GmbH is exhibiting at REHAB for the first time and will be presenting the Deisla DS3, the first electric scooter with a roof and weather protection on the European market. This electric scooter is an important solution for anyone who wants to remain mobile even in changeable weather - regardless of the season.
REHAB is the perfect place to find out about the variety and possibilities of modern mobility aids. It stands for more freedom and self-determination and shows how technology can help to overcome barriers and experience spring with all the senses.
On the test track, driving equipment can be tested extensively.
