Training opportunities parallel to REHAB 2023: Three specialist congresses ensure multi-professional exchange in the context of the trade fair

Karlsruhe, April 19, 2023 - The 22nd European Trade Fair for Rehabilitation, Therapy, Care and Inclusion - REHAB Karlsruhe will take place from June 15 to 17, 2023 at Messe Karlsruhe and will be accompanied by three specialist congresses for the first time. In addition to the interdisciplinary therapist congress CON.THERA with a focus on neurorehabilitation, the annual conference of the Association of Bobath Therapists in Germany and the annual conference of the DGNKN German Society for Neurotraumatology and Clinical Neurorehabilitation will take place at the same time.

This means that therapists, rehabilitation and orthopaedic technicians as well as doctors and psychologists in particular will be able to take advantage of a wide range of further training opportunities in addition to visiting the trade fair. Information on the congress program and tickets is available online at: www.rehab-karlsruhe.com/conthera, www.bobath-vereinigung.de and www.dgnkn.de.

“We are delighted that REHAB Karlsruhe represents a forward-looking platform for cooperation with these renowned associations. In this way, trade fairs offer their trade visitors direct added value through interdisciplinary exchange and networking in new subject areas.”

All three congresses will deal with interprofessional neurological topics relating to medicine, therapy and patient care. This range of further education opportunities during the upcoming REHAB will allow participants, visitors and exhibitors to benefit from a variety of synergies. “This type of cooperation brings about a change of perspective across professions, we learn from each other and the best treatment for our patients is definitely always together,” summarizes Professor Michael Jöbges (Kliniken Schmieder, Konstanz), first chairman of the DGNKN and member of the Bobath Association's scientific advisory board.
