Discover preliminary hall plans and exhibitor list online

This year is REHAB year: As scheduled, REHAB Karlsruhe will open its doors for the 23rd time from 22 to 24 May 2025, bringing together the world of rehabilitation, therapy, care and inclusion at Messe Karlsruhe. Established market leaders, numerous manufacturers, specialist medical retailers, institutions and associations will occupy a total area of around 30,000 square metres, spread over three halls, an outdoor area and test parcours. With its wide range of products and services, REHAB is an unmissable event for professionals and people with disabilities and their relatives alike. This year's motto ‘Innovation meets rehabilitation: More opportunities for everyone’ summarises the central themes of the trade fair. This year's special focus is on the topics of ‘Stroke’ and ‘Mobile with a prosthesis’. The patronage of Jürgen Dusel, the Federal Government Commissioner for Matters relating to People with Disabilities, emphasises the nationwide importance of REHAB as a platform for exchange and a driving force for inclusion. High-quality exhibition portfolio: High proportion of manufacturers and market leaders

The provisional hall plans for the 23rd European Trade Fair for Rehabilitation, Therapy, Care and Inclusion already show a comprehensive and high-quality portfolio from all core areas of the trade fair. ‘We are seeing a great response from the industry. Leading manufacturers and major specialist retailers have registered early for the trade fair. The range is complemented by innovative start-ups that provide fresh impetus and show what the assistive technology industry of tomorrow will make possible,’ emphasises Annika Gehrmeyer, Team Leader Medicine & Health at Messe Karlsruhe. Leading companies in the industry such as Ottobock, Sunsrise Medical, MEYRA, Alber, Etac, Lifeward, Invacare and DIETZ have already booked their space.

Maximilian Raab, Managing Director of DIETZ, is convinced by REHAB: ‘REHAB provides us with excellent opportunities to interact with qualified specialists, as we act as an enabler to shape the 24/7 lives of people with disabilities. We want everyone at our stand to feel that we are not only competent and reliable, but that we always act in the best interests of our patients and their quality of life.’

The number of specialised dealers remains constant. REHAB is a central and fixed industry meeting point for trade and private visitors to gain a comprehensive overview of the latest developments and trends in the assistive technology market. ‘From wheelchairs, accessories and other mobility solutions to everyday aids and prostheses through to high-tech innovations: The variety and quality of the products presented in Karlsruhe is inspiring. In addition, numerous service providers, self-help groups, associations and institutions will be on site,’ adds Gehrmeyer.

More space for paediatric and adolescent rehabilitation and new special

With an increase in floor space of around 15 per cent compared to the previous trade fair, there are currently signs of a particularly high level of participation in the area of paediatric and adolescent rehabilitation. For example, the Belgian company ABR Therapy, a specialist in outpatient paediatric and adolescent rehabilitation therapies for 25 years, will be exhibiting at REHAB for the first time. ‘The growing interest from German families shows the need for a stronger presence here. REHAB 2025 offers us a fantastic opportunity to reach families and show how ABR can change the lives of their children,’ says Managing Director Krista Bynens. We are also seeing a growth in space for the active rehab and mobility and everyday aids marketplaces.

For the first time, prosthesis manufacturers and suppliers such as PROTEOR, APT Prothesen and INNTEO will be brought together in a new special show entitled ‘Mobile with a prosthesis’. The concept and supporting programme for this was developed in cooperation with the Bundesverband für Menschen mit Arm- oder Beinamputation e.V. (BMAB). In addition, the trade fair programme will focus on the topic of ‘Stroke’, which will be examined from the perspective of specialists as well as patients and relatives and will be represented by the three players Stiftung Deutsche Schlaganfall-Hilfe and the trade journals not and Gesundheitsprofi. The provisional list of exhibitors can be found online.
